1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, subscribing to, or using the GLD Racing website, subdomains, digital race cards, or associated data services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.
2. Nature of Services: Information & Research Only
All materials, speed figures (GLD Speed Ratings), pace indices (Early Pace, Late Pace, Pace Differential), running styles (Lone Speed, Off-Pace, Pack, Closer), Race Power benchmarks (RP), and pedigree evaluations (OWD) provided through the Services are generated by proprietary statistical algorithms and are intended strictly for educational, informational, and entertainment purposes.
Nothing on GLD Racing constitutes gambling advice, betting recommendations, investment solicitations, or financial advice.
3. Age Eligibility & Legal Compliance
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age (or twenty-one (21) years of age in jurisdictions where required) to access the Services. If you are under the legal age, you are strictly prohibited from creating an account or purchasing race card passes.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of horse racing analytical data complies with all applicable local, provincial, state, and federal laws in your jurisdiction.
4. Intellectual Property & Personal Use License
All content, proprietary algorithms, speed figure calculation methodologies, pace diagram models, past performance layouts, and trademarks are the sole property of GLD Racing and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchased race card passes grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may NOT scrape, harvest, data-mine, redistribute, syndicate, resell, or publicly display any GLD Racing data without prior written authorization.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Assumption of Risk

Horse racing is inherently unpredictable and subject to track variances, weather, veterinary factors, and racing luck. Historical backtests, statistical ratings, and algorithms do NOT guarantee future outcomes, wins, or monetary profits. All services are provided strictly "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". Any wagering decision made with a licensed operator is made at your own discretion and sole financial risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GLD Racing, its owners, operators, affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or wagering losses, arising from the use or inability to use our data, software, or projections.
7. Digital Purchases & Refund Policy
All single-day race card passes are digital products granting immediate data access. Due to the instantaneous nature of digital data delivery, all pass purchases processed via Stripe are non-refundable once unlocked, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
8. Trademark & Nominative Fair Use Notice
Hong Kong Jockey Club (HKJC), Sha Tin, Happy Valley, and related terms are registered trademarks of The Hong Kong Jockey Club. References to racetracks, horses, jockeys, trainers, and race cards are used strictly for nominative, descriptive, and informational purposes. GLD Racing is an independent analytical publication not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Hong Kong Jockey Club.
